SOAP SYNOPSIS OF 13th & 14th April 2013
Adalat Sony TV – sat & sun 7.30 pm-8:30 PM
Adalat is serial based on court cases in which the defense
lawyer is K.D. Pathak (Ronit Roy), who like Perry Mason the fictitious
character created by Earl Stanly Gardner is very good & never loses and
gets all clients who have been framed and are innocent of the crime under which
they have arrested. KD is helped by his assistant Varun & his secretary
Mrs. Billimoria.
In this episode one person Mr. Abhay Damlay wants to commit
suicide. He has lost his job, his landlord wants him to vacate his home &
he owns 8lakhs to the goons, he is not able to support his wife Sudha &
daughter Ananya financially so he thinks he is failure & by committing
suicide his family would get 30lakhs of his life insurance. Police foil his
suicide attempt & he goes to KD for help to fight his case in court for his
Right to commit suicide but KD tells him that under IPC 309 attempt to commit
suicide is a punishable offence leading to jail & fine too & refuse him
also telling him that his insurance company would not pay if he commits suicide.
His case is dismissed in court.
He goes to his ex- boss Mr. Narendra Shah of Shah Chemicals
demanding his dues but is refused, as he had not achieved his sales target for
past 6 months. When he comes down from the building he has forgotten his computer
bag there & then there is a bomb blast in the office killing Mr. Shah &
eight are injured & he is arrested as the prime accused.
KD takes his case but Abhay refuses his help as he claims to
be the bomber & wants to be hanged for this crime. His wife appoints KD to
fight his case. There are many suspects for this crime:-
1) Mr.
Handa, the landlord who wanted Abhay to keep something in his home for him
& also wanted sexual favor from Sudha after Abhay’s death.
2) Hanshubhai,
the money lender & goon who wanted his money back & also wanted
something from Mr. Shah.
3) Mr.
Damodran, The Accounts Manager in Shah Chemicals, He has doctored the account
books & pocketed 3 crores of the company.
4) Babloo,
the watchman of the company who had helped Mr. Damodran to destroy the paper
which would have brought forth his fraud.
5) Mr.
Nachiket Shah, Younger brother of Mr. Shah, he is now the owner of 80 crores
company.
KD makes Abhay realizes that his family would suffer if he
is hanged & the real culprit would go scot-free. So Abhay agrees to fight
for his innocence with KD’s help.
When Babloo realizes that Damodran has given him only 5
thousand & pocketed 3 crores he goes to KD & confesses of burning the
account file. Meanwhile Varun finds that Handa & Hanshubhai were involved
in some illegal land dealing, the land had belonged to Mr. Shah which he had
refused to part with. Each & everyone had a reason for killing Mr. Shah but
no one knew that the bag would be left behind by Abhay. KD then finds out that
the Computer bag was too full to have carried a bomb inside it. So now they
have to find the person who has planted the bomb before Abhay’s arrival, here
one Mr. Shahabudin owner of Sunny Leathers Works helps KD to solve the case.
Mr. Shah junior had bought 2 bags & 1 of them had a special lock on the
handle, when it was pressed it would remove everything from the bottom of bag &
then Nachiket confessed to his crime of killing his brother for his property.
Thus KD wins another case & frees an innocent man & also manages to get
him a new job.
MADHUBALA – color TV – 8:30 PM
RK’s mom comes to help her son in making Madhu eat her
dinner but she is still not convinced so RK’s mom reminds her that she has to
keep herself fit to fight the coming circumstances & also RK. Madhu agrees
& eats her dinner. There is a power outrage in the whole city Madhu is
scared of darkness & on realizing this RK gets a lighter & lights many
candles in the room. Madhu is very tired & goes to sleep then RK shifts her
to her bed.
Sultan is also seen running to Aryan’s room with a lighter
as he too scared of dark instead of shouting at him Sultan reminds him that
feeling fear & all other emotions mean that we are still alive & we
should accept it as a part of our life.
